Once more unto the quiche!

I’m trying a new quiche technique tonight.


Pie Crust

40z Cheddar Cheese

4oz Monterey Jack Cheese

2oz Sliced Pepperoni

6 eggs

1 cup Milk


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Place pie crust in pan and place on top of cookie sheet

Shred cheeses, and slice pepperoni into small pieces; combine in bowl and shake to mix. Place mixture in pie crust.

Beat eggs, then stir in milk. Pour evenly over cheese and bake to an internal temperature of 185 degrees (35-40 minutes)

Let stand until set (15-20 min)


UPDATE: 185 degrees really isn’t doing it.    210 degrees looks like a better upper bound, maybe try 200 deg next time?
