Brussels Sprouts

Making Brussels Sprouts for the second time.  Last time I mixed them with a little salt and oil and roasted them. This time I’m boiling them.

To start, I’m soaking the Brussels Sprouts in lukewarm water for ~10 minutes, then trimming the stems and cutting an X into the stem end (to help cook the interiors.)

Then Boil for ~8 minutes (until bright green and tender)

Drain and Eat
