Ingredients:
Sauce:
28oz Crushed Tomatoes
6oz Tomato Paste
3 cloves Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp Thyme
Cashew Cheese
Zucchini
Eggplant
Lasagna Noodles (12)
Method:
Simmer together sauce ingredients until flavors meld. Cook Lasagna noodles.
Layer ingredients in 9×13 pan. Sauce, noodles, cheese, eggplant, sauce, noodles, cheese, zucchini, noodles, sauce.
Bake, covered @ 350 for 40 minutes.
